Our Process
We’re not just another Young Adults group: no one JOINS Alumni Connect
The process may seem simple, but no other organization
has successfully implemented a “program” like ours.
Two pieces make all the difference:
Entry-Point Mentors: we start building a relationship during their senior year of college. This builds trust in our process and gets them used to speaking with a seasoned believer who is not their parent. This doesn’t take away from their campus ministry discipleship, but prepares them for mentorship after college
Personal introduction to a seasoned believer in their new location: after graduation, the alumni move to a new location and we find a mentor for them in their new home. We pray these grow into true friendships.
